Garrett Dealers Area Registration

Before obtaining authorization to enter the Dealer’s Area you must read and accept the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). Please note that the TOU may be updated at any time without notice to you.

Dealer’s Area Description:
Garrett’s Dealer’s Area provides authorized distributors and dealers with access to a collection of resources, including service and product announcements, administrative messages, product images and published advertisements and poster images. Garrett provides these marketing communication materials as a service only to its authorized distributors and dealers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that supplement or enhance the Dealer’s Area, shall be subject to the TOU. You understand and agree that the Dealer’s Area is provided "AS-IS" and that Garrett assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery of any distributor or dealer communications.

User ID and Password:
Passwords are intended solely for use by the distributor or dealer to whom it was assigned and they may not be disseminated in any way. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

International Use:
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Unauthorized Use of Dealer’s Area Contents:
Garrett maintains full ownership of all information contained within the Dealer’s Area.  You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Dealer’s Area (including your Garrett Dealer’s Area User ID and password), unless it is for the express purpose of selling and/or positively promoting Garrett products and/or services.

Modifications to Dealer’s Area:
Garrett reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Dealer’s Area (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Garrett shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Dealer’s Area.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:  YOUR USE OF THE DEALER’S AREA IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE DEALER’S AREA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" 
BASIS. GARRETT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Notice:
Garrett may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the TOU, by email, regular mail, or postings on the Dealer’s Area.
